Through this certification, I gained a comprehensive understanding of Agile frameworks, which are iterative approaches to project management and software development. These frameworks prioritize flexibility, collaboration, and customer satisfaction by delivering small, functional parts of a project in short cycles, known as sprints. I learned about the key principles of Agile, such as responding to change over following a fixed plan, valuing individuals and interactions over processes and tools, and focusing on delivering working solutions over exhaustive documentation. The course covered various Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, highlighting their roles in facilitating adaptive planning, continuous improvement, and efficient project delivery. This knowledge has equipped me to effectively manage projects in dynamic environments where requirements may evolve and adapt over time.
